With over 30 years of Customer Service experience, 15 of those within the Lift Industry, I founded Just Jools Coaching to share my first-hand knowledge of the real-world challenges faced in Sales and Marketing. From juggling deadlines and managing unhappy customers to maintaining quality service under pressure, I understand what it takes to deliver excellent customer care.

I observed that during peak periods, customer service often suffered, leading to complaints and lost business. The key, I discovered, lies in managing customer expectations and communicating effectively knowing the right words to say and when to say them. Everything that is spoken or written has an impact on what happens next! 

That insight is the foundation of the Just Jools Customer Service Workshop, a practical, hands-on training covering every aspect of communication from phone etiquette and email best practices to handling complaints professionally.

Initially launched to support the Lift and Construction Industries, Just Jools Coaching now delivers tailored customer service coaching across a wide range of sectors. The workshop is interactive, impactful, and ensures that every participant walks away with valuable, applicable skills.

For apprentices, I offer a specialised EPA Workshop covering B1–B7 modules on the Apprenticeship Standards Scheme often fundable through your training provider.

Additional Services

I also provides a Facilitation Support Package, designed around the unique needs of your business. Following an in-depth assessment, the support is tailored to close identified service gaps and drive improvement.

In addition, I am a qualified Wellness Coach and can support your team with one to one reviews particularly helpful when managers are stretched and lack the time for individual staff check-ins. Let's not forget in order to get the best from our Team we need to support them and a one to one is a perfect platform to do this from.
