This workshop will give your apprentice/s the skills, knowledge, and best professional start to their working career. I will support your Apprentice with their behaviour skills part of their EPA, and sign them off.

This important preparation will help your apprentice learn time management, how to be professional, write emails and communicate and work as an important Team member . 

 

Additional to the workshop I can also add any lift related items into the day along with a clip of Customer Service importance and what it means to deliver the best service to your customer

 

If the workshop is to meet EPA, then I can liaise with your training provider to fund the day.
