My Coaching Journey with The EMCC

Two years ago, I embarked on a coaching degree, knowing that my true passion lay in helping others. Having always been self-sufficient, the idea of working for myself felt daunting. However, I took the leap and joined an apprenticeship course. Over the course of a year, I immersed myself in learning various methods and techniques to support individuals effectively.

During this journey, I realised that combining my coaching skills with my passion for customer service was the perfect way to launch my career. I took a deep dive into the key elements of excellent customer experience—identifying what truly allows us to deliver our best. From there, I developed workshops designed to enhance these areas, and Just Jools Coaching was born.

About the EMCC

The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) is a governing body that provides guidance, support, and professional standards for coaches like me. It offers a wealth of resources, including webinars and networking opportunities, helping coaches continuously learn and grow. By upholding best practices and ethical standards, the EMCC ensures that coaches, mentors, and supervisors have the tools they need to excel in their profession.

With the backing of the EMCC and my dedication to coaching, I’m excited to continue making a positive impact through Just Jools Coaching.
