LEVEL 3 “Behaviours” Workshop ready for EPA
The following are the 7 points that need to be met for EPA. Under each heading I have noted the Workshop content which I can provide to meet the criteria
B1 - Put health and safety first for themselves and others.
Workshop - Discuss the concept and how they might demonstrate this.
How important this is from a company’s perspective.
B2 - Act in a professional manner
Workshop
Demonstrate or discuss understanding of professional.
Maybe video the person being professional
Role plays how to be professional.
B3 - Collaborate and promote teamwork across disciplines.
Workshop
Show examples and discuss how they participated in a Team discussion or event. If no evidence, then work towards this.
How important this is to the company and them.
B4 - Acts within limits of own competence and seeks assistance when necessary. - Workshop
Discuss how it feels to not know the answer and how important it is to ask for assistance.
The effects of not asking and what could happen.
